• Full or partial payment must be made to confirm the booking.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the specific tour’s cancellation policy.
• Certain services may be non-refundable.

3. Travel Documents

• Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and any other required documents.
• Million Holiday LLP will not be held responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.

4. Liability

• We act solely as intermediaries between travelers and airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.
• We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any changes beyond our control.

5. Health & Insurance

• Travelers are strongly advised to carry valid travel insurance.
• All medical expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
